Schmidt and Pang Architects is a collaboration between Roger Schmidt and Naomi Pang and combines over 20 years of experience in the design, documentation and delivery of contemporary architectural projects ranging from small additions and alterations to single houses and multi-residential buildings.
Our design approach firstly appreciates a client’s aspirations and aims to then provide a practical and innovative design response that is enduring and environmentally responsible.

Naomi has 15 years experience through the residential sector varying from boutique one-off houses, townhouse developments and multi-unit developments. Her experience in planning, documentation and construction management ensures a successful outcome. As a Malaysian Chinese background, she is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Roger graduated from RMIT university in 2004 and having received credit nationally and internationally for conceptual projects. He creates innovative design solutions for projects and incorporates environmental principles in design.
He has comprehensive experience in the design and delivery of many building types; residential and multi-residential housing, school, university and TAFE buildings, rail, bridge and infrastructure as well as masterplans ranging in size from schools to towns.
He works closely with clients in order to develop an open and honest relationship in order to find the best outcome.
We find the key to achieving project goals is based on structuring the project delivery to suit client requirements, design criteria, site conditions and construction parameters.
Schmidt and Pang Architects Pty Ltd current and future workload allows the capacity within all levels of the practice to meet the delivery requirements. We also have an agreement with employment agency where we can access contract staff immediately should the need arise.
